I was a banker - a Vice Priesident with Chase Manhattan Bank for 13 years. During that time, I was actually a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for the bank - we estimated value for construction loans. For people like Donald Trump, among many. While certainly staging helps immensely with selling a home (who wants to buy a home with no style, clutter all over, and horrible colors on the walls?)....I have found that the addition of Feng Shui is like turning the magic key. Many times a complete re-design doesn't even occur - but the energy work is.
People feel most at home, most natural, when they are at peace and have a sense of being one with nature. Feng Shui helps to bring that essence into the environment.
